Some Things Never End

My beautiful soul sister.

We are both named Christine.

We are both ashtangis.

We both are yoga teachers.

We both seek clarity and enlightenment by taking hikes in solitude.

We both have scars on our foreheads from falling down the stairs around the age of three.

Mirror Sisters. Soul Match.

So fortunate for a beautiful day off. It was filled with hiking, volunteer work, yoga, more hiking, coconut water, healthy food, and lots of love. I’m so lucky for this glorious day with the sweetest of spirits, warmest of hearts, and kindest of souls.

Inspiring Quote by Jack Kerouac
MY coffee looked a lot like yoga this morning. Nothing wakes me up quite like a good, early morning, back bend! Urdhva dhanurasana is the place  for me. I can’t wait to begin ashtanga second series.<3
Eevee’s coffee looked a lot like milk this morning.

Amazing day spent rocking my yoga teacher training exam and celebrating afterward with my beautiful friend and fellow yogi, Joice, by swimming at Barton Spring’s and then practicing in the park until the sun went down! Wonderful!

Tripod headstand!

Finally figured out how to do a tripod headstand out of a wide legged forward bend! (:
